How to Book a Private Lesson:
NOTE: If you are paying with PayPal, check or cash: Please email us to schedule a private lesson. Booking policies still apply here (see below). You will still need to register an online account to manage scheduling. If you do not wish to pay via card, you can purchase account credit to load onto your account to make future booking quicker (requires online account - register above).
BOOKING ONLINE
1. Select the appointment type: Private Lesson
2. Select the date and time you would like the private or small class to start.
3. Sign in to your account (you may choose to sign up for an account if you do not have one.)
4. If paying with card: you will be prompted to pay for the session via the virtual terminal.
5. If paying with an account balance: please select account balance and the amount will be deducted accordingly.
6. Booking is complete only when you receive an approval from the staff. If we do not approve, we may reschedule or cancel (the amount will be credited back to your account).
BOOKING POLICY (Please read carefully)
1. There is no refund if booking is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the time of the scheduled lesson.
2. After booking, you will however be allowed a two hour grace-period where you can cancel and still receive a full refund.
3. All privates must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. (household privates must be booked 24 hours in advance at the minimum)
4. You can book up to one month in advance.
