Fitness Metrics in Wushu
Strength, flexibility and endurance are 3 of the most crucial elements underpinning the sport of Wushu. Thus, one of the important goals in our Wushu program is to build up these fitness elements. To facilitate this process, our instructors measure various strength, flexibility and endurance metrics in order to evaluate a students improvement over time when enrolled in the program.
